Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentations

General Instructions for Papers and Presentations

The authors are expected to bring their full text papers in Microsoft Word compatible files; the illustrations need to be in a separate Word-importable graphics format file. Figures and tables should be inserted into the text at the appropriate place. They should be in black/white color format and clearly identified with a caption. No additional character formatting of the text is allowed. All files must be suitable for black-and-white reproduction and print. The authors are kindly requested to e-mail their full text papers in PDF file, before 25 July 2017..

Two hard copies of the papers should be left on the registration desk upon registration. Since the possibility of making copies during the Conference is expected to be limited or impossible, the authors are encouraged to bring more hard copies for distribution among the other participants if considered as necessary.

The organizers of the Conference would like to prepare a CD-ROM with all presentations. For this purpose we kindly ask you to provide by e-mail a copy of your presentation before before 18 August 2017.

 

Instructions for Oral Presentations

The oral presentations are generally expected to be given using a multimedia (computerized) projection system. Please notify the organizers of the Conference for your needs, if any, beforehand.

Please stick to the timetable for the presentations - 15 minutes are allocated to each talk and 5 minutes for a short discussion, and 30 minutes for the presentations of invited lecturers/ overview papers, according to the overall final Conference Agenda.

 

Instructions for Poster Presentations

The poster session is preliminarily scheduled for the last two days of conference. Please be prepared to mount your poster before the start of the session and leave it up until after the scheduled poster presentation time, when you should be available to talk to people attending your presentation. The posters and other visual materials should be easily readable from distance of 1.5 meters (up to 5 feet) and be suitable for mounting on an A0 size vertical poster board.

All the papers will be discussed simultaneously during the poster session. An Expert Jury will analyze and evaluate the poster presentation scientific-technical quality and the best poster presentations / presenters is planned to be awarded.
