Guidelines

The duration of the presentations is 15 minutes with 5 minutes for immediate discussion, whilst for the invited lectures up to 30 minutes may be available, depending on the Conference Agenda.

Participants will be asked to prepare their presentations in PowerPoint/PDF format; to send to the OC their full text paper(s) and the presentations by the deadlines. The participants are also asked to send their full text paper not exceeding the limit of 10 pages (for papers) and 12 pages for an overview paper including tables and figures.

Participants will be encouraged to present posters and there will be prizes for the best posters. Accepted full papers, and papers, which posters are presented by Author in person at the Poster Session, will be published in Proceedings.
