"Сферична геометрия на Халдейн и Кеплерова задача / Haldane Spherical geometry and Kepler problem"

Резюме: We connect via duality two seemingly unrelated problems such as the electron motion on a sphere in the monopole background introduced by Haldane for the Quantum Hall Effect and the good old (quantum) Kepler problem. This duality turns out to be a modification of the canonical transformation relating the Kepler motion in 3D with the harmonic oscillator in 4D. The origins of this duality can be traced back to Newton who discovered the connection between the gravitational potential 1/r and harmonic oscillator r^2.
